Restroom Workouts

Fun Way to Workout Through the Day!

How many times do you go to the restroom?

Every time you go to the restroom require a few exercises to do throughout the day.

Example:

Every time you go to use the restroom after your done do this short but effective workout.

Squats - 30

Pull Ups -30

Calf Raises - 30

Dips - 30

Sumo Squats - 30

Push Ups - 30

(adjust numbers to your ability)

Record them and see how many you do of each exercise throughout the day.

You will be surprised how much your workout will add up.
