Bring Sally Up Challenge! (Fitness Challenge)

Listen to the song “Bring Sally Up” (YouTube Video below)

Every time you hear Bring Sally Up, do a PULL UP and when you hear Bring Sally Down, come down (while still hanging on the pull up bar.)

Do as many as you can by finishing the song!

You can do this challenge with PUSH UPS, SQUATS, whatever else you can think of.
