Super Simple Stairs Workout:

  • Go up and down your stairs as fast as you can with a set number in mind.

  • Going all the way up and down counts as one.

  • Start off by doing 30 stairs then increase to 40, 50, and so on.

  • If you don’t have stairs in your house find a set of stairs at your local park.

  • Add a weight vest and hold weights for more of a challenging workout.

  • Time yourself to track your progression.

Recently, I did 50 stairs with a 40lb. weight vest while holding two 5lb. weights in 14 minutes.

My Wife and I do the stairs together!

Having an encouraging workout partner helps so much so ask a family member or friend to join you!

We do the stairs while blasting our favorite musical artists like LIFTiD, The JoonShk, David Yim, Tiffany Grace Liew, Elyon, and Kings Kaleidoscope!

After your done with your “Super Simple Stairs Workout” drink a cold glass of ice water!

Then go outside and dump ice water over your head and lift up your hands to the air like you won a gold medal for the stair climbing championship of the world!

Listening and singing God Glorifying Music while working out is an awesome way to stay fit and get our mind right to be an awesome witness for Him so give it a try!
